About us
Impact investing to drive measurable change

Impact Plus is an impact investment company. Our business is built around a changing investor landscape, where ESG is no longer a choice but an imperative. Having ESG as a key business driver, is not only to meet regulatory requirements, companies that have ESG as a focus build competitive advantage, are more resilient and drive value.

Through our investments we seek to redress the negative consequences of legacy spatial planning and investment inequalities. Our aim is to support the realisation of a more equal society and bring about transformational change in the South African economy.

We have raised significant capital from South African pension funds and private equity partners and seek out investments that meet our impact objectives.

Our intention is to grow our portfolio substantially over the next five-10 years, we will do this by investing in our key sectors: property, infrastructure and private equity.
